Waves: Consistent S and SW swells produce 1-3 meter faces and bring sets that roll in "como paginas en un libro". Wave shapes vary from big friendly A-frames, to hollow monsters of barrels. We know the best breaks for all skill levels and swill conditions.

Wind: Reliable wind can be expected almost daily mid-April into December, blowing 20-25 knots average. All wind from the left. Our quiver of choice: 7/9/11m kites. Most of us ride our 9m every day. Women usual rock 7-8m.

Water Temp: Mancora is board shorts riding conditions (some days a 2mm top is nice). Just 20km to the south - and at all major wave spots - a 3/2 full wetsuit is needed
